The Splendid release new single called ‘Prickstar’.

The Splendid are a Japanese band who describe themselves as a “Hiphop inspired Indie rock band”. The Indie Rockers have tapped into their Garage Rock sound and this is why ‘Prickstar’ caught my interest. The lead vocals are engaging and incorporates some rap style vocals. The high intensity of the music as well as the vocals are really the highlights. I also like the title ‘Prickstar’ play on whole rockstar scene. Check it out here.
