Joseph of Mercury has released a gem of a song called ‘Pretenders’. To me, this song is the complete package. The beginning is catchy guitars that caught my attention, then Joesph’s unique, stunning vocals start, almost begging me to listen to more. In his press release he is compared to David Bowie and I must agree wholeheartedly. There is Bowieesq sound in his vocals and the way he sings.
