Samantha Stone releases new single ‘Wide Awake’.
LA-based singer-songwriter Samantha Stone likes to blend genres to come up with her unique sound which I think is fantastic. Samantha has an amazing vocal sound that is full of emotion and has a great range. From the first listen I knew I would want to review and share this song. I love the chorus, it is catch and stays in my head but in a good way not a frustrating way. Her latest single ‘Wide Awake’ has all these different elements and a relatable meaning. ‘Wide Awake’ is about having to leave a dream behind, wanting to go back to how things were in the past.
