Alternative rockers LONGSLEEVES have just released a new track called ‘Afghan’. This song is from their debut album called ‘Joyrider’. I adore the bassline in ‘Afghan’, it sets the scene for the vocals that are making a statement with the delivery. ‘Afghan’ explores how moving from childhood to adolescence is scary as hell and actually touches on how most of us felt at the end of high school. The music video supports this meaning in an amazing way, with the use of digital and analog film and the motorcycle chase suiting the meaning perfectly.
