Freaks On Parade Has A Strong Opening In West Palm Beach

Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Mongolian Metal Band: The Hu lead off their tour in West Palm Beach August 20, 2026 and what an opening night it was!
Love them or hate them, the freaks on parade were out in force this night. Arriving at the Ithink Amphetheater, it was adifferent atmosphere than usual. This particular line up brings an eclectic group of fans together. Some from the older crowd who have been following Rob Zombie since hie White Zombie days back in 1985. Others there to see fairly new artists The Hu formed in 2016. Added to the group were Marilyn Manson fans who claimed his name in 1989 andhas been whose first album dropped in 1994. To say multi generational show would be an understatment.
Anyone coming to the show thinking they were going to see a toned down version of the arstist’s previous shows woudl be sadly dissapointed. This show rocked. Marilyn Manson has had his issues. In fact, he’s had plenty of them. He’s really bounced back. He looks better than he had in years. His stunning statuesque nature is back in force and his voice is a good as ever. I will say he, like the rest of us was stuggling a little in the Florida heat but his performance didn’t suffer for a moment. He’s also the only person who could work in tying his tall boot laces into his movements and make it look intentional and somehwat cool. He never missed a beat or a note and had everyone enraprturesd with what remains to be one of the largest stage prescenece out there.
The Hu, a band who sings only in Mongolian, blew the crowd away. The use of their unique instruments and traditional costumes helped convey the interweaved ancient poetry and war chants to the audience. The energy was strong and non stop. They turned in a great 45 minute set. At the time Music Injection interviewed them it had to be done through their translator but they still were abel to bring the crowd to their feet. They previously released a single with Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach with good success.
Rob Zombie who closed the night had enough pyro to sned the temperature soaring. I don’t know where his energy comes from but it is always a show worth seeing. Visually his effects, inflateables and multi colored blasts of fires are enoguh to keep you watching. His songs and performance is enough to wear you down. The vibe from the entire show was hard, fast, and strong. I highly reccomend seeing this tour. Setlists and rour dates below
